BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy, MSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
HCPC No. PH136924

Connor underpins his private practice through years of experience within the National Health Service, where he was able to develop his skills in diagnosing and managing a variety of musculoskeletal complaints. Having graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation, Connor has been involved in the recovery and rehabilitation of clients looking to return to a pain-free and active lifestyle through to helping athletes return to competitive sport.

Connor combines a hands-on approach with individualised rehab programmes to facilitate a full recovery for those experiencing MSK related pain, sports injuries, and post-operative rehab. Immediate relief and a sustainable, long-term recovery remains the focus of Connor’s care. He is well invested in helping you to leave the clinic feeling more comfortable.

Having spent years working in private practice and specialising in MSK physiotherapy, Connor has developed a strong interest in upper and lower limb injury. Connor enjoys delivering first class care, particularly when it comes to diagnosing and understanding the cause of the pain or injury. Every client is different and therefore Connor’s assessment remains central to his treatment planning, he loves to diagnose and more importantly, know the cause of your symptoms and/or injury. He doesn’t just look for symptom relief, he goes out to find the cause and then utilise his skills in manual therapy and exercise prescription to fix it!

Connor's approach to physio

I take a proactive and personalised approach to physiotherapy placing the individual needs and goals of each patient. With a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries, I focus on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting long term recovery. I will identify and address any underlying causes of your injury, manage and relieve symptoms, and ensure a sustainable return to activity.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors – whether it’s out on the golf course or exploring new places with my dog, Jude. I value an active lifestyle, and believes in the importance of movement, balance and the little things beyond work.
I was drawn to a career in physiotherapy because it offers the ideal balance between working directly with people and applying analytical, problem-solving skills. I enjoy working with people and love to build relationships and understand individual needs, making a tangible difference in my patients lives.
I have a strong interest in shoulder injuries, particularly those involving the rotator cuff. I adopt a multi-modal approach that incorporates targeted exercise and will structure rehab to help patients regain strength, mobility and confidence.
