With a background in exercise and rehabilitation, we work with clients looking to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle mass, improve sporting performance or to simply avoid or return from injury. Our knowledge and access to equipment and a private gym, mean that we can achieve any of our clients’ expectations.

 

Every journey starts with an in-depth screening, which includes an assessment of health, medical and exercise history. We then examine strength and fitness parameters; this enables the team to plan and execute a programme to accommodate your key objectives and expectations.
