Our strength and conditioning classes are led by experienced trainer Olivia Mitchell, who comes with a wealth of experience from the elite world of triathlon and a decade of knowledge from the London personal training scene.
Every session is set out to deliver a constructive, well-drilled class that incorporates structure to your training.

- Each class is limited to 5 clients only, meaning you get all the fun of a class environment but with the full attention of Olivia as your personal trainer
- Itās 60-minutes. Compound and accessory exercises, focussing on a full body workout. You will have covered it all.
- Unique and adaptable. We can adapt to suit you, your needs and injuries.

When are the classes?
We are currently offering 3 sessions a week:
- Monday's at 12.30pm
- Tuesday's at 7pm
- Thursday's at 7am
However, we remains flexible and are able to offer classes outside of these times. If you have a group of friends and/or family that would like to run a private session, then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
